Letterhead

There are four State of Vermont letterhead options. Options A, B, and C are preferred. Options A and B include the Coat of Arms and Moon Over Mountains logo. Option C is for entities with an approved legacy logos, which replaces the Coat of Arms or Moon Over Mountains logo in the lower right. Option D should be considered when there are multiple field offices and/or addresses, routine or anticipated changes to the pre-printed information will occur, the letterhead is shared among programs/divisions and the letterhead is used infrequently, reducing the risk of changes to the pre-printed information. If Option D is used, entities must add their name and contact information to the letter content.
