Master Contract for Photography RFP
On Tuesday March 24, 2020, Governor Philip B. Scott issued Addendum 6 to Executive Order 01-20 directing all non-essential businesses and not-for-profit entities in the state to suspend in-person business operations to impede the spread of COVID-19. This "Stay Home, Stay Safe" directive went into effect Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 5 p.m.
In observance of this directive, the Agency of Commerce and Community Development is canceling the Photography Services Request for Proposal (RFP) until such time the Governor deems appropriate and safe to commence business as usual.
We appreciate your interest in this project and look forward to the opportunity to re-commence the procurement of this service for the State of Vermont. Please make sure you frequent the Chief Marketing Officer’s website periodically for updates regarding this procurement.
Questions and Answers
Will the application be held until such time as the bid is reopened, so that there is no need to re-apply?
At this time, no. We suspect the procurement process will change more so than the scope of services sought. For example, we may have to eliminate hand delivery of bids, etc. When this RFP is re-solicited it will be posted as a "Rebid" and will likely instruct potential bidders to read the RFP in its entirety in the event some of the conditions have changed.
