The master contracts for Photography cover services related to the creation of photographic imagery. The state contracts with multiple firms for photography work to provide a range of options, styles and capabilities for the wide range of marketing projects undertaken by state entities.
The state currently holds ‘Marketing Master Contracts’ with the following photographers:
CURRENT CONTRACT TERM (7/1/16 - 12/31/19)
208 Flynn Avenue, Suite 3C
Burlington, VT 05401
241 Twin Oaks Terrace
South Burlington, VT 05403
To use one of the master contracts for Photography, the Statement of Work process that must be followed includes three steps:
- Requesting proposals (using a standard Photography Work Request Form);
- Selecting a firm and determining a defined project scope; and
- Executing the Statement of Work Agreement.
A step-by-step guide to the process is included in the Guide to Using Marketing Master Contracts.
Note that these photographers are not your only option for photo work; our Pre-Qualified Vendor Resource includes several additional photographers who are also approved to do work for the state. If you choose to work with a pre-qualified vendor instead of a master contractor, you will need to draft and execute your own contract with the selected vendor.
