To use one of the master contracts for Photography, the Statement of Work process that must be followed includes three steps:

  1. Requesting proposals (using a standard Photography Work Request Form);
  2. Selecting a firm and determining a defined project scope; and
  3. Executing the Statement of Work Agreement

A step-by-step guide to the process is included in the Guide to Using Marketing Master Contracts.

Note that these photographers are not your only option for photo work; our Pre-Qualified Vendor Resource includes several additional photographers who are also approved to do work for the state. If you choose to work with a pre-qualified vendor instead of a master contractor, you will need to draft and execute your own contract with the selected vendor.
